‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Infinity Castle’ Soon Arriving On Digital And For Streaming On Crunchyroll

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is one of the most highly anticipated new entries in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series. I say this even though this anime film has technically been out for a while now. This anime film made its U.S. theatrical debut quite some time ago on September 12, 2025; after all. The premiere technically occurred even earlier if you remember that it made its initial theatrical debut in its home nation of Japan on July 18, 2025. And yet despite having made those theatrical debuts months ago, there hasn’t been any other way to watch it. Fans have been waiting for a home video release or even a streaming debut for a while now, but thus far, none have been forthcoming. This has left home theater fans in a bit of a cinematic limbo. That is, until now.

Crunchyroll is proud to announce that they are finally bringing Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle to their streaming platform. According to them, that will happen on July 28, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT. This streaming debut will be exclusive to Crunchyroll to join the rest of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, of course. All with that streaming debut taking place worldwide save for in Japan and China. As for language options, this anime film will be available to stream in both its original Japanese audio with English subtitles and in English dub. Additional dub options will include Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Catalan, Russian, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Thai, as well as Polish. Additional subtitle languages include Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Polish, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Melayu.

Coming Soon to Home Video…Kind Of

That’s not all though. Crunchyroll is also planning to make Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle available for digital download on top of making it available for streaming. The digital version of this anime film will be available for download also on July 28, 2026. However, the anime film will also be available for preorder even earlier starting on July 4, 2026. You can make these preorders in select territories including the U.S. on the Apple TV app, Prime Video, Google Play*, YouTube, and Fandango.

Tanjiro Kamado – a boy who joined an organization dedicated to hunting down demons called the Demon Slayer Corps after his younger sister Nezuko was turned into a demon.

While growing stronger and deepening his friendships and bonds with fellow corps members, Tanjiro has battled many demons with his comrades – Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira. Along the way, his journey has led him to fight alongside the Demon Slayer Corps’ highest-ranking swordsmen, the Hashira, including Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku aboard the Mugen Train, Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui within the Entertainment District, as well as Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji at the Swordsmith Village.

As the Demon Slayer Corps members and Hashira engaged in a group strength training program, the Hashira Training, in preparation for the forthcoming battle against the demons, Muzan Kibutsuji appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the head of the Demon Corps in danger, Tanjiro and the Hashira rush to the headquarters but are plunged into a deep descent to a mysterious space by the hands of Muzan Kibutsuji.

The destination of where Tanjiro and Demon Slayer Corps have fallen is the demons’ stronghold – the Infinity Castle. And so, the battleground is set as the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the demons ignites.

Cheers for the Streaming Debut of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle at Long Last

At last, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is finally getting its streaming debut. It’s about time too. It’s been several months since its theatrical debut. Normally, movies would make their streaming debut right on the same date as the theatrical debut. This several months-long wait has made fans positively rabid for this streaming release.

Alas, it may have been out of Crunchyroll’s control. Japanese media companies like to milk movies for as much box office revenue as possible before letting it go out to home video and streaming. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle would’ve been no exception. In fact, this anime film is getting a Blu-ray release in Japan on July 29, 2026; thus explaining why Crunchyroll might choose the day before for its global streaming and digital download debut. Alas, there’s no mention of a NA Blu-ray release, so that might take a while.
