Fall 2: Deadpoint Gets Brand-New Trailer
Let’s hope you don’t have a fear of heights. The Fall 2: Deadpoint trailer is trying to rattle your cage this week. We got a teaser previously, and the movie looks even more terrifying now. In the new thriller, Arsema Thomas and Harriet Slater star as two climbers against the elements and the mountain itself. Check out the new trailer up top for yourself.
The Spierig Brothers are in the saddle for Fall 2: Deadpoint. And writer Scott Mann is ready for a turbulent ascent. The resurgence of horror over the last two years will likely attract a lot of audiences to this thriller. A simple premise like “mountains are daunting and actually really dangerous” should play nicely.
It’s Only Up For These Poor Climbers
With the first movie providing a suprise boost, there were fans asking if there was going to be another installment. Luckily, The Spierig Brothers are here to oblige. They talked to Bloody Disgusting about making the climb now. It sounds like they’re pretty pumped.
“We were huge fans of the first film and couldn’t wait to continue the journey,” they explained. “Our aim was to capture the same intensity that Scott Mann and his team established in the original, while adding new, layered characters who will connect with audiences as they endure extreme and terrifying heights.”

From the survival hit that tapped into the fear of heights and left two friends s tranded at the top of a tower comes a climb that goes higher, gets deadlier, and hits with next-level adrenaline.
In FALL 2: DEADPOINT, two friends take on new heights in Thailand, where unpredictable terrain, extreme exposure, and nowhere to hide push survival further than ever before.
On a perilous climb across Thailand’s Mount Kwan, two climbers become trapped thousands of feet above the ground, where vertigo-inducing heights, sheer exposure, and impossible odds turn every moment into a fight for survival.
Who Is Working On Fall 2?
The Spierig Brothers direct Fall 2: Deadpoint. And, the film is written by Jonathan Frank & Scott Mann. Fall 2: Deadpoint is based on the character created by the writing duo.
Producers on the film include James Harris, Mark Lane, Scott Mann, David Haring, Christian Mercuri. Fall 2: Deadpoint stars Harriet Slater, Arsema Thomas, and Tom Brittney.
Fall 2: Deadpoint is rated PG-13 for strong language, some violent content/bloody images and drug material. The new movie hits theaters on September 2, 2026.
