Disney just rolled out a new trailer and poster for Hexed. The latest entry from Walt Disney Animation Studios stars Hailee Steinfeld. Rashida Jones plays a supporting role as her mom. The movie graces theaters November 25th 2026. And, this trailer gave us our best look yet at the story.
Henry Winkler joins the voice cast as Nigel, A skittish, all-knowing potoo bird. He holds some powerful secrets that are the key to the world of Hexe. Dan Stevens also gets in on the fun as Hieronymous. The Grand Councilor of the Throne is self-important and blustering. Some dynamite voices contribute to Hexed.

In addition, Wayne Knight, Alan Tudyk, Randall Park, Bill Farmer, Pat McAfee, Chris Parnell, and Sarah-Nicole Robles chipped-in. The cast also includes Rachel Dratch, Ariana Madix, Kellie Gerardi, Yvette Nicole Brown, Abraham Benrubi and Josh Dallas.
THS’s Take
We’re finally here. Disney’s Hexed had a nice slice of their D23 presentation accounted for. Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand’s new movie should be a magical ride. One thing I can’t help but notice is the sheer volume of talented voice actors they managed to get into the fold for this film. Disney’s Hexed has had a lot of people asking when promotion was going to ramp up. I believe the ride starts now!
What’s the plot for this film?
In “Disney’s Hexed,” an impulsive and unconventional teenage girl named Billie Doe (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) discovers secret magical abilities. Which, once unleashed, hurtle her out of suburbia and into a spectacle-filled journey through a vast witch realm called Hexe.
Forced to team up with her cautious mother, Alice (voiced by Rashida Jones), they uncover family mysteries that could change the world of witches forever.
Cast for this one includes Walton Goggins voicing Beef Roger Crummchuk. He’s a reclusive, magical three-eyed cat who forges an uneasy alliance with Billie and Alice. Two-time Academy Award® winner Jodie Foster voices Queen Celeste, a sinister figure who will stop at nothing to maintain her power in perpetuity over Hexe.
