Chainsaw Man is fast becoming one of the most popular anime series in the world right now. Tatsuki Fujimoto has written quite the story in the original manga when it launched in Shonen Jump in 2018, giving us a very action-packed and bloody story mixed with some surprisingly profound commentary on society and the human nature.
So you can imagine that when that manga finally received an anime adaptation from studio MAPPA (Zombie Land Saga, Dorohedoro, Jujutsu Kaisen) in October 12, 2022; Chainsaw Man got a lot of attention. Then, it got a lot of praise from both critics and audiences alike, and its popularity took off as though you’d yanked the starting handle on a chainsaw. That popularity counts for both the original Japanese audio version with English subtitles, and for the resulting English dub. All with Ryan Colt Levy voicing Denji in that dub, which is why we’re getting this story for today.
Crunchyroll is proud to announce an autograph signing event for Ryan Colt Levy, who voices Denji in the English dub of Chainsaw Man. This event will take place at The Loop store at Westfield Topanga Mall (Within Topanga Social) at 6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Canoga Park in Los Angeles, California. The signing itself will consist of Levy being there to sign “exclusive Chainsaw Man postcards” provided by Crunchyroll to anyone making a $35 qualifying purchase of any Chainsaw Man products at The Loop before the actual signing. That signing will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm PST, but said signing will be on a first come, first served basis. The actual The Loop will be closed for the signing, so you will need to get those products before that signing.

Crunchyroll is bringing voice actor Ryan Colt Levy, the English dub voice for the character Denji from the hit animated series Chainsaw Man, for a special autograph signing event in Los Angeles at The Loop, an all-new rotating retail destination featuring immersive activations, exclusive merchandise, and fan experiences inspired by the biggest entertainment brands.
Ryan will be signing exclusive Chainsaw Man postcards, provided by Crunchyroll, for fans who make a qualifying purchase* of Chainsaw Man products at The Loop before the event only on Thursday, September 10. Autographs will be made during the scheduled event time and limited to first come, first served based on capacity. A standby line will be available if the event has reached capacity.
The Loop will be closed during the signing event, but entry to purchase eligible Chainsaw Man products for the signing may be allowed, subject to event capacity.

If I have to be honest, this is not my kind of thing. Yes, I do recognize that Chainsaw Man is a big name now in the world of anime, and that Ryan Colt Levy would be just as big due to him voicing Denji. However, I’m also someone who almost exclusively watches anime in the original Japanese audio with English subtitles. My opinion is that the English dubs tend to be of lower quality than the original versions, so that’s why I watch them almost exclusively, which is why I have zero interest in attending this signing on a personal basis. If you do though, then all power to you.
