‘Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie’ Drops Netflix Teaser Posters

A new Spongebob Squarepants adventure hits Netflix this summer. Today, we have a new look at the upcoming animated feature Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie.

The film comes from director Liza Johnson, with a story by Kaz and Tom Stern. The movie will see the residents of Bikini Bottom scooped out of the ocean, leaving Sandy and Spongebob to journey to Texas to save the town from a villainous plot.

Netflix recently unveiled new teaser posters for the feature. Check them out below.

The new movie will feature the core voice actors from the Spongebob Squarepants series, including Carolyn Lawrence (Sandy Cheeks), Tom Kenny (Spongebob), Bill Fagerbakke (Patrick), Mr. Lawrence (Plankton), and Rodger Bumpass (Squidward). The film will also feature the Cheeks family, including Johnny Knoxville as Randy Cheeks, Craig Robinson as Pa Cheeks, and Grey Griffin as the rest of the family (Ma, Granny, Rowdy, and Rosie Cheeks). Additional cast members include Ilia Isorelys Paulino (Phoebe), Matty Cardarople (Kyle), and Wanda Sykes (Sue Nahmee).
