Fuze

“Fuze” is a new action-thriller from Roadside Flix and Saban Films. It includes a solid cast that includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Theo James, and Sam Worthington. The film follows a group of sophisticated thieves that put in motion a plan to rob a bank after an unexploded World War II bomb is discovered in a construction site that forces a whole neighborhood to be evacuated.

“Fuze” is now available on digital. It will also be released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 7th.

A Chat With Director David MacKenzie

With the release of “Fuze” I spoke with director David MacKenzie. In our chat about the movie we talked about getting to work with cast that is fairly well-known cast. We also chat about the production design both at the bomb site and the bank for the robbery. It was a great conversation that you can check out below!

About “FUZE”

After an unexploded World War 2-era bomb is discovered in central London, Will (Taylor-Johnson) and his team of military experts are deployed to diffuse it, while a shifty group of criminals, under the guidance of diamond-expert Karalis (James), plot an ambitious and dangerous jewel heist, capitalizing on the city’s evacuation order and straining security forces. While all eyes are trained on making sure the bomb doesn’t explode, the audacious robbery gets underway, setting off a chain reaction of unexpected twists and high-stakes action.

“Fuze” has edge-of-your-seat tension, propelled forward by the star-powered performances of Taylor-Johnson and James, each playing two charismatic and motivated leaders operating on either side of the law. The story’s intricately interwoven, layered, and complex plotlines are immersive and will keep you guessing, all while questioning who you’re really supposed to be rooting for. Smartly and tightly wound with intensity, FUZE is pure entertainment with elaborate and exciting action sequences and a score that keeps the clock ticking down until the credits roll, when you’ll finally be able to catch your breath.
