Amazon Studios Gives First Look At Real-Life Sports Story ‘Unstoppable’

The story of Anthony Robles is one that’s inspiring and enough to make you want to get up and do something with your life. The film Unstoppable tells Robles’ story of defying every expectation and becoming a national wrestling champion. The new film stars Jharrel Jerome, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, Anthony Robles, Don Cheadle, and Jennifer Lopez. It’s directed by William Goldenberg with a script from Eric Champnella, Alex Harris, and John Hindman. It’s produced by Ben Affleck, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, Anthony Robles, Andrew Fraser, Gary Lewis, and David Crockett.

Unstoppable releases in select theaters in the UK and US this December.

Anthony Robles, despite being born without a right leg, rises to become a NCAA Division 1 Champion wrestler ultimately winning a national championship against the school that rejected him, national powerhouse Iowa.
