‘Frisco King’ Samuel L. Jackson Takes on Texas in ‘Tulsa King’ Spin-off Teaser

A new king rises. Paramount+ has released the first teaser for Frisco King, Taylor Sheridan’s highly anticipated expansion of the Tulsa King universe starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Jackson reprises his role as New Orleans gangster Russell Lee Washington Jr., who brings his swagger and criminal experience to the polished suburbs of Frisco, Texas. After discovering a hustler’s playground beneath the city’s respectable exterior, Lee recruits a cast of partners to help turn his small-time schemes into a rapidly growing empire. The series will begin its reign with a two-episode premiere on December 18, followed by new episodes every Friday exclusively on Paramount+.
