Coming soon to YouTube is “Dugout Dads” starring Patrick Renna and Danielle Fishel. Renna starred in “The Sandlot” and Fishel starred in “Boy Meets World”. Now they are coming together for a new comedy series that looks into the lighter side of the world of little league baseball and parents. Other members of “The Sandlot” will also be featured in the series.
“Dugout Dads” premieres on YouTube via Patrick Renna’s YouTube Channel August 26.

With “Dugout Dads” getting ready to premiere on YouTube, I spoke with Patrick Renna and Danielle Fishel about the series. In our conversation we talked about the joy and hardships of being little league parents. They shared their thoughts about how fans who watched them on “Boy Meets World” and “The Sandlot” will now be able to follow then in new adventures as little league parents. Follows an idealistic dad who volunteers to coach his kids’ Little League team and discovers that the most unruly players aren’t the ten-year-olds but the other coaches, parents, and sometimes himself.
