Robert Eggers is set to direct an adaptation of A Christmas Carol for Warner Bros. His adaptation of Nosferatu was released around Christmas time, according to Deadline, he’s coming back for more holiday cheer.
Eggers is set to write and direct with Willem Dafoe in mind to play Ebenezer Scrooge. Chris Columbus and Elenor Columbus are attached to produce via Maiden Voyage. Eggers will also produce.
Robert Eggers next picture is Werwulf, which he plans to shoot later this year.
