Ghost has announced the release of their second concert movie, heading to theaters with 2 Big To Rig. The concert film takes footage from their double sold-out shows at Mexico City’s Palacio de los Deportes from the Skeletour World Tour. The entire run of concerts was phone-free, so this is the ONLY way you’ll be able to see the full concert in the highest possible quality. It was shot on 16MM film and is the only pro-shot footage of the tour. The film also includes behind-the-scenes interludes showcasing the crew members who make the band’s vision a reality.

I saw the Skeletour World Tour stop in Anaheim at the very end of the tour, and I was blown away by how great Ghost continues to be. If you’ve never seen them live before, this is a great start. They have a massive theatrical show on stage that should translate well to IMAX screens. I know I’ll be watching, will you?
Their first movie, Rite Here Rite Now, was a success in theaters and on streaming platforms. It’s crazy to see just how big the band has gotten even since that film was released. They have grown exponentially from there into one of the biggest bands in the world.
