Marvel’s VisionQuest Sets Premiere Date

Vision from WandaVision.

As True Believers excitedly wait for The Punisher: One Last Kill to drop on Disney+, news of the next Marvel Studios series to hit the streamer has just been announced.

During Disney’s upfront presentation this year, series star Paul Bettany revealed that VisionQuest will premiere on October 14, 2026. This show will follow Bettany’s Vision after the events of WandaVision, which saw the Android Avenger revived in the real world after being both a character in Wanda Maximoff’s altered reality inside the Westview anomaly and S.W.O.R.D.’s weapon to fight against the newly christened Scarlet Witch. But as he searches for his true identity, he will come across some familiar characters from the MCU’s technological past in a whole new way, including the nefarious Ultron.

According to Deadline’s report, those in attendance were shown a new trailer of the upcoming spinoff that features James Spader reprising his role as the titular villain from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Spader and Bettany will headline the cast that will also include James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H., T’Nia Miller as Jocasta, Jonathan Sayer as another Tony Stark-created AI named U, and Henry Lewis as Stark’s hydraulic arm robot Dum-E.

On the human side of things, Todd Stashwick will play the Boba Fett-esque bounty Paladin, Faran Tahir reprises his role as Ten Rings leader Rasa, and Ruaridh Mollica is rumored to play the character that will ultimately be revealed as Tommy, the son of Wanda and Vision and twin brother of Joe Locke’s Billy from Agatha All Along.
