My Hero Academia in Concert is perhaps one of the ultimate expressions of how popular the anime adaptation of My Hero Academia has become. After all, it is basically the best parts of the anime’s soundtrack, but played by a live orchestra. The fact that it’s going on a world tour is proof that the anime’s popularity isn’t just in its native Japan, but it’s across the entire globe as well. That’s not to say that it isn’t popular in its home nation though. Quite the contrary, its massive popularity in Japan is a big part of why it’s so popular around the world in the first place. It’s certainly why Japan was the first stop on that world tour, and why we’re getting this story for today.
TOHO Co., Ltd., GEA Live, and RoadCo Entertainment are proud to give us a first look at My Hero Academia in Concert. Specifically: during its world premiere at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan on May 30, 2026. This first look consists of multiple parts. The first part is a YouTube video that shows off tantalizing tidbits from the concert itself while also reminding people that you can purchase tickets for it right now from their official website, which you can see below:
The second part is a series of photos taken directly from that world premiere of My Hero Academia in Concert. You can check out select photos from that gallery below:

My Hero Academia in Concert Looking All Ready for the Rest of World Tour
Honestly, based on that video and the photos, it looks like My Hero Academia in Concert is going to be both an auditory and visual extravaganza. With clips from the anime itself playing in the background of the symphony, with some appropriately colored lighting on top of that, you can expect to be awed by this performance quite a bit. If you like the music of My Hero Academia, then this is definitely the concert for you, provided that you live near one of the concert locations or are willing to travel there.
