Pluto TV Takes Us Back To The Early 2010s
It’s been 15 years since Hart of Dixie graced our TV screens as a new show. Now, the series is streaming for free on Pluto TV. In celebration of that milestone, the free streaming platform hosted a surprise reunion that recreated Alabama for all the attendees right here in Los Angeles. That Hollywood Show was lucky enough to attend the festivities and we’ve got some highlights for you.
Hart of Dixie Celebrates 15 Years
Hart of Dixie fans are probably happy to see the image at the top of this article. All of this delightful cast together again to celebrate a 15-year anniversary? Yeah, it’s a wonderful sight. In addition, you can now watch four seasons of the small-town drama for free on Pluto TV. So, the show is right there for you if you’re trying to get back into the groove of that nostalgia.
And, when we’re talking nostalgic, we mean it. Pluto TV had all kinds of early 2000s-2010s memorabilia out to celebrate the show. Posters for Daria and Charmed were on display along with an iHome alarm clock. Memories flooded back for everyone there! And, that’s before we get to the idea of remaking Bluebell, Alabama in the heart of Los Angeles, California.
Pluto recreated Zoe Hart’s closet and let us wander around. If you were there in the previous decade, you know that Rachel Bilson’s fashion was unmatched. All of that was there plus Face n Body Art were making personalized jewelry charms for attendees. It was a great night.
The Cast Reflects On A Major Milestone
Rachel Bilson was genuinely touched by the outpouring of support by the people present for this impromptu reunion. Lombardi House shook with applause when the cast of the show came out from a barn located on the property. In some remarks to the crowd, the series star marveled at this drama having this kind of cultural imprint 15 years later.
“I can’t believe it’s been 15 years since the premiere of Hart of Dixie! It’s incredible to see fans continuing to embrace Hart of Dixie as their comfort show,” Bilson said. “My feed is full of 2010s nostalgia right now, so it feels like the perfect moment to celebrate the show’s legacy and the audiences who are still discovering Bluebell, Alabama 15 years later.”

Will Gurman of Pluto TV previously said, “The data tells us that younger audiences don’t want new for the sake of new, they want good. Hart of Dixie, Arrow, The 100, and Everwood are shows with cultural staying power. Viewers know what they’re starting, they can binge the complete run from day one, and they don’t have to wonder if it’s worth their time.”
