Prime Video is officially stepping into its young adult era with the launch of “Obsession Is In Session.” This new initiative is designed to position the platform as the ultimate destination for YA storytelling. The announcement arrives with a first-look teaser showcasing Prime Video’s highly anticipated 2026 young adult slate. This is going to be a year packed with adaptations, romance-driven dramas, and fan-fueled cultural moments.
The teaser offers a glimpse at a stacked lineup of upcoming series and films, including Off Campus, Every Year After, Elle, Sterling Point, The Last Sunrise, The Love Hypothesis, The Devil’s Mouth, Maxton Hall Season 3, Drawn Together (Marfil), Your Fault: London, Perfectos Mentirosos, and Clashing Through the Snow. Together, these titles highlight Prime Video’s continued investment in YA adaptations and emotionally driven storytelling that already has built-in global fanbases.

A major centerpiece of the initiative is Obsessed Fest! This will be a live, immersive fan event taking place on June 27 at Nya Studios in Los Angeles. The one-day experience transforms digital fandom into an in-person celebration! The event will feature exclusive previews and appearances by cast and creators. There will also be interactive spaces dedicated to Prime Video YA titles, including The Love Hypothesis, Elle, Off Campus, Every Year After, Overcompensating, and Your Fault: London.
Fans can expect multiple themed activations. These will include a main stage with live talent sessions, a Book Club lounge for literary deep dives, and author conversations. Plus, content creation studios where attendees can recreate iconic scenes for social media. Screening rooms, exclusive merchandise drops, and themed concessions further expand the immersive experience.

The initiative also introduces Prime Book Club, a global storytelling extension focused on connecting books to screen adaptations. With curated reading lists, behind-the-scenes content, and social-first storytelling via @PrimeBookClub, the program is designed to tap into the powerful BookTok community and book-to-screen pipeline.
