The Brady Experience in Los Angeles is a must-see. Bucket Listers has teamed up with Tina Trahan to give fans a firsthand look at the iconic house from The Brady Bunch. Trahan is a “historic home enthusiast” who purchased the house in 2023. Originally, filmmakers used the house solely for the beloved sitcom’s exterior shots. In 2019, the renovation team renovated the inside to match the series. Now, after some extra work from Trahan, the house’s interior is nearly identical to the set. Fans who have known and loved this space since TheBrady Bunch first debuted will not be disappointed.
This week, That Hollywood Show had the chance to preview The Brady Experience before it opens to the public in May. When you step inside the house on Dilling St, it’s like being transported back in time. In addition to looking just like the original set, the house is also riddled with delightful easter eggs. You’ll spot little gems such as Jan’s wig from “Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up?” to an article clipping from Peter’s heroic moment in “The Hero.” There’s truly no shortage of things to see. You can check out some of the photos we took on Instagram.
Interview with Bucket Listers’ Derek Berry

The press preview for The Brady Experience featured an appearance by Peter Brady himself, Christopher Knight (see above posing with That Hollywood Show‘s Jamie Jirak). Knight helped renovate the house in the HGTV series, A Very Brady Renovation.
During the event, THS also had a chat with Derek Berry, Bucket Lister’s President of Experiences. He explained that the team-up with Trahan happened after he saw the house on a private tour. Berry asked her why the house wasn’t open to the public, and an idea was born.
“‘I can’t. It’s a neighborhood,” Berry recalled Trahan saying. He decided to help her “develop the right model,” and after two years of discussions, The Brady Experience was born. “[The house] became a monument recently. It was perfect timing,” he added.
“It’s incredible to have it on the platform,” Berry continued. “I watched the HGTV show, so I knew they did [the renovations], but being in the room is a different thing. And once Tina took it from HGTV, she did another level of details and easter egg moments, and really made it what it is today.”
“I think any show that has a location that you can just see once and know what it is, is iconic. And this house, inside and out, is like that. I love it, and I’m seeing the resonance with people who are loving it, too.”
Berry also spoke about Knight’s involvement.
“He’s really good friends with Tina … He heard we were going to be offering up visits. He’s like, ‘I have to get involved. I want to help tell the story.’ Even that was kind of a jaw-dropping moment when I saw him today here,” Berry shared.
How To Sign Up For The Brady Experience

“It’s only around for a limited time,” Berry reminded us. “The amount of tours that happen daily are very small, too … People have to jump on booking the tour. It’s super fun, and it’s for a good cause.”
Through Bucket Listers, fans will be able to view the house on a semi-private guided visit. The tour costs $289.75 per person, and part of the proceeds go to Wags & Walks Dog Rescue in LA. The timeslots are extremely limited and can be reserved here.
