‘TASK’ Sees HBO Take On FBI Investigations Into A Robbery [Trailer]

HBO unveiled their new series, TASK, from creator Brad Ingelsby (Mare of Easttown) and showed off a new teaser for it. Check out the teaser below.

TASK debuts this September on HBO and will stream on HBO Max. The series’s seven episodes will debut weekly.

Logline

Set in the working class suburbs of Philadelphia, an FBI agent (Mark Ruffalo) heads a Task Force to put an end to a string of violent robberies led by an unsuspecting family man (Tom Pelphrey).

TASK stars Mark Ruffalo, Tom Pelphrey, Emilia Jones, Jamie McShane, Sam Keeley, Thuso Mbedu, Fabien Frankel, Alison Oliver, Raúl Castillo, Silvia Dionicio, Phoebe Fox, and Martha Plimpton.
