DC Comics Goes Bigger For New York Comic Con 2026

DC Comics just revealed their full line-up for New York Comic Con 2026, (October 8-11), and it’s appropriately exciting for the con’s 20th anniversary celebration with familiar favorites and new changes.

What’s the Deal With DC’s Booth?

The DC Booth (#4365) will feature a theme that spotlights an era DC credits with its “reinvention, experimentation, and imagination that helped shape the future”; the 1950s, of course. The most intriguing update, though, is that there will be a larger booth with a new 360° fan cosplay photo activation (#4657) for folks who strut the runway as a superhero or villain, and digital queueing for select fan experiences (like in-booth signings).

NYCC is a huge deal for DC, giving the company an opportunity to engage fans and newcomers even further into the DC multiverse. This year, fans can immerse themselves in their favorite universe with a massive showcase of DC’s comics, live action, animation, gaming, and more. If you’re wondering what the aforementioned “digital queueing” is, it’s DC’s way of ensuring a smoother, fan-friendly experience by allowing people sign up online for activities in the booth. It’ll help alleviate lines and crowds in an already overcrowded floor space.

The most enticing draws for comic collectors will be the limited-edition foil covers for massive titles like “Absolute Batman” #1, “Absolute Wonder Woman” #1, “DC x Sonic the Hedgehog,” and Frank Miller’s “Dark Knight Returns” facsimile, available until they run out. On top of the single issues, you can grab killer exclusive hardcovers, including connecting-art editions of “Absolute Batman,” “Superman,” and “Wonder Woman Vol. 1s” with art by Mark Spears, along with special dust-jacket releases for “Batman Vol. 1: Daylight” and “DC K.O.”

In addition to sick comics, booth visitors will their chance to acquire their own limited-edition “Lanterns” replica rings, bestowed upon them by the Guardians or credit card companies. Other merch for the hit HBO show include light-up replica power battery keychains, T-shirts, and hats. For those waiting in anticipation for “Clayface,” the DC Booth is the only place to pick up new products for the film, including a limited-quantity in-universe band tour T-shirt.

Everything Else DC-Related at NYCC

The super hyped Mattel DC Collector line finally hits shelves worldwide on January 1, 2027. Which means, fans at the booth by noon on Thursday, October 8, can catch the big reveal of the very first figure in the line-up and then immediately pre-order afterwards on MattelCreations.com.

DC is also bringing the new Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood “Superman” experience from the studio lot straight to fans at the booth. Finally, super-fans can take photos with their fave alien hero and Krypto in front of an immersive Fortress of Solitude–inspired backdrop and they don’t even have to go all the way to Burbank to do it.

Visitors will get to see LEGO’s expansion of its Batman collection with three new vehicles and a uniquely artistic build featuring Gotham’s most iconic villain, plus special set unlocks for “LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.” Fashion and card collectors can snag limited-edition Shoe Palace streetwear bundles packed with pins, T-shirts, cards, and comics featuring art by Nick Dragotta and Hayden Sherman, alongside Upper Deck’s Platinum: DC, Batman, and Superman sets. Video game fans can also celebrate the October 6, 2026 launch of DC Universe Online’s “Wrath of the Worldkillers” by grabbing an exclusive poster with art by Belén Ortega, complete with a code for free in-game Kryptonian rewards.
