AMC+ has announced today that they will be the new streaming home of pre-NCutti Gatwa seasons of Doctor Who. The streamer will have all 13 seasons of the recent era of the fan-favourite sci-fi show, spanning 2005 to 2022, from Thursday, June 11.
The show follows a Time Lord who travels through time and space with his companion. The Time Lord has been played by Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant, Matt Smith, Peter Capaldi and Jodie Whittaker. With companions played by the likes of Billie Piper, Karen Gillan and Jenna Coleman.
This announcement coincides with the streamer’s limited-time offer, which runs only until May 25, of a one-year subscription for $29.99. This allows TV fans to enjoy an all-access pass to watch and rewatch their favorite shows.

There is no word on the original run of the show, which ran for 26 seasons on BBC One, from 23 November 1963 until 6 December 1989. This acquisition also omits the two most recent seasons of Doctor Who, which the BBC produced in conjunction with Disney +. Those Ncuti Gatwa series will remain on Disney + in the USA.
